New Appointments
Caroline Rowan has been appointed a Deputy Presiding Officer, effective June 2010. Caroline is cross-appointed from the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she has been a full-time Vice-Chair since 1999. Caroline has also been cross-appointed to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario since 2005. She graduated from the University of Toronto (Honours B.A. in 1986) and from Osgoode Hall Law School (L.L.B. 1989). Since her call to the Bar in 1991, she has worked exclusively in the field of labour relations and employment law.
Diane Gee has been appointed Presiding Officer (Chair) of the Pay
Equity Hearings Tribunal, effective August 1, 2008. Diane was a Vice-Chair at the
Ontario Labour Relations Board from 1994-2002, and has spent the last six years in
private practice. Diane brings a wealth of experience as an adjudicator, an expert in
labour and employment law, and an exceptional organizational leader to the Tribunal.
Patrick Kelly has been appointed a Deputy Presiding Officer, effective May 17, 2008.
Patrick is cross-appointed from the Ontario Labour Relations Board, where he has been a
Vice-Chair for the past ten years. Patrick's extensive earlier experience as counsel in
the broader public sector, as well as his labour relations acuity, will serve him well in
the adjudication of pay equity issues.

We’ve Moved!
The Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal has moved
just across the street to new offices located on the 11th floor,
505 University Avenue.
The Registrar will contact parties directly if hearing locations
change as a result of the move.
